All purchases of Intelura reports, subscriptions, and analytics services are considered final once the order is confirmed and the report or access credentials have been delivered. Since our products are digital and immediately accessible, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for downloaded or delivered content. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and confidentiality of our research.

In rare cases where an error occurs on our part—such as duplicate payments, technical issues preventing access, or delivery of the wrong report—we will review your request and process an appropriate resolution. Clients must notify Intelura within seven (7) days of purchase if they encounter such an issue. To submit a refund request, please contact our support team at admin@intelura.com , including your order number and a brief description of the problem.

For ongoing subscriptions, you may cancel your plan at any time to prevent future renewals. Access to your reports and dashboard will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew. Refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods.

Intelura reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions stated above or that arise from customer error, change of mind, or lack of usage. We are, however, committed to customer satisfaction and will always work to address legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.
